PWA undertake the set design, production and audio visual support for twice yearly "Panasonic UK sales conference" at their headquarters in Bracknell.

We have staged over 25 different events in the sports hall at Panasonic, converting it into an auditorium for conferences and social events.

In fact we have been organising events for Panasonic UK for over 20 years including road shows, product launches, press conferences and site opening ceremonies.

Venue:- Panasonic House, Bracknell.

Design:- Stage and set linked to a current theme to fill a large sports hall with an audience of over 300.

Video:- Produce an opening video, introducing the theme for the conference. Broadcast the MD's speech live to the other Panasonic sites in the UK and Ireland.

Equipment and Crew:- Wide screen back projection (16 x 9). Large lighting rig with moving and intelligent lights, sound system to cover the whole hall, drapes on the walls to assist with the acoustics, video recording and live broadcast via ISDN to other Panasonic sites in the UK.

Producer, Production Manager, 5 lighting crew, 2 AV technicians Sound technician, 2 camera men, Video engineer. Set truck, Lighting truck and AV truck.
