Brief:- To find a venue in the centre of the country, with easy travel links, that has additional exciting activities for delegates to do after the conference. Design a stage set that linked to Panasonic's presentation graphics. Organise a delegate activity program with competition and fun elements.

Venue:- Heritage Motor Museum, Gaydon, Warwickshire, England. Recommended by PWA for its central location, modern conference facilities and activities for delegates.

Design:- A stage set displaying the new products with a graphic theme running throughout the event. With wide screen back projection PowerPoint speaker support.

The Event:- Staff conference on the first day, followed by a dealer and press product launch of the latest equipment from Panasonic Document Systems, on day two. Both afternoons were filled with motoring based activities 4 wheel drive competition, Go-Kart racing, a tour of the motor museum followed by a prize giving.

Equipment and Crew:- Barco G5 DLP projector and back-up. Discreet and simple stage lighting. PowerPoint/av technician, set builder, production manager/sound technician, delegate and event co-ordinator.
