Brief:- To organise a road show of 3 seminars on "IT security" for existing and prospective clients, across the UK. Design and mail an invitation. Design a stage set and conference theme. Research, visit and select a set of unusual and interesting venues. Organise catering, audio-visual, crew, logistics, printing and post conference entertainment.

Venue - The Tall Ship, Glasgow - Chatsworth House, Derbyshire -Trinity House, London.

Design:- A stage set was designed to fit in to all three venues including the old sailing ship moored in Glasgow docks. The set had to reflect the hi-tech image of the "Thus" products and show off the new logo.

The Event:- Delegates arrived for a morning seminar followed by lunch with guided tour of the venue in the afternoon.

Equipment and Crew:- Back projected video and PowerPoint, remotely controlled by the presenter. A small compact sound system.

Audio-visual technician, production manager/ sound operator, set builder and a delegate management/administrator.

Logistics:- Large van for set av and conference literature, crew car.
