Brief:- To design a stage set and theme for an international conference, at a resort venue near Athens. Provide full technical, audio-visual and logistic support.

The Event:- A three day conference for 500 Tillinghast European Consultants, with plenary sessions in the main hall and 8 simultaneous breakout sessions.

Equipment and Crew:- Production Manager, Lighting/sound operator, Set builder, AV technician, Technical assistant and Truck driver.

Logistics:- Planning meetings on site and in London, equipment truck from London to Athens, crew travel.

Equipment:- Main Hall - Stage and set with 12' x 9' back projection screen, 2 Barco G5 DLP projectors, Sound system with 8 radio and 4 lectern microphones, Lighting rig from floor standing towers. 8 Breakout rooms each with - screen, data projector, lectern, top table, sound system with radio and lectern microphones.
