Brief:-To design a stage set, manage the audio visual and logistics for a "Towers Perrin" client conference in Germany. Similar to an event for the same client in Frankfurt the previous year.

Venue:- Frankfurt Hilton

Design:- Three screen back projection set with two lecterns,

Equipment and Crew:- Barco G5 projector and back-up on the main screen, two Barco 6500 projectors for the side screens. Sound system with 10 radio microphones and 4 lectern microphones. PowerPoint operator, AV technician, set builder, truck driver, lighting technician and production manager/sound technician.

Logistics:- 16 tonne truck from London to Frankfurt. 5 man crew flights London to Frankfurt.
